Post Graduate Nurse with Masters in Nursing or an equivalent degree from an HEC and PNC recognized university along with 10 years or more working experience on a senior nursing management position in a tertiary care set up is desired.

Incumbent would be required to provide leadership to nursing work force: formulate, educate and train nursing personnel to implement SOPs for improving quality of nursing services.

Evidence of professional qualities which make for positive interpersonal relationship, team management, capacity to acquire latest principles and integrate the same in to clinical practice is essential. Knowledge and hands on experience of working in a JCIA accredited hospital locally or abroad would be of added value.
