The Govt of Pakistan, Allied Hospital-II DHQ Hospital Faisalabad invites the applications for Enrollment of latest jobs in Pakistan. All instructions regarding jobs are under:-

Applications are invited for appointment on Contract Basis from suitable candidates having required qualification & experience for the posts mentioned here under as per eligibility criteria defined in the Punjab Health Department Allied Health Professionals (Service) Rules 2012 (as amended).

For Junior Technician (Surgical) of basic pay scale 9, there are 04 posts with age limit of 18-25 years and qualification/ experience required includes FSc (Second Division) from a recognized board having one or two years Diploma in relevant discipline of Allied Health duly recognized by Punjab Medical Faculty. If none is available than candidates having qualification of Matric (Second Division) with science from recognized Board along with one or two years Diploma in relevant discipline of Allied Health duly recognized by Punjab Medical Faculty.

For Junior Technician (Pathology) of basic pay scale 9, there are 03 posts with age limit of 18-25 years and qualification/ experience required includes FSc (Second Division) from a recognized board having one or two years Diploma in relevant discipline of Allied Health duly recognized by Punjab Medical Faculty. If none is available than candidates having qualification of Matric (Second Division) with science from recognized Board along with one or two years Diploma in relevant discipline of Allied Health duly recognized by Punjab Medical Faculty.

For Junior Technician (Anaesthesia/Surgical Intensive Care) of basic pay scale 9, there is 01 posts with age limit of 18-25 years and qualification/ experience required includes FSc (Second Division) from a recognized board having one or two years Diploma in relevant discipline of Allied Health duly recognized by Punjab Medical Faculty. If none is available than candidates having qualification of Matric (Second Division) with science from recognized Board along with one or two years Diploma in relevant discipline of Allied Health duly recognized by Punjab Medical Faculty.

For Junior Technician (Radiology & Clinical Imaging) of basic pay scale 9, there is 01 post with age limit of 18-25 years and qualification/ experience required includes FSc (Second Division) from a recognized board having one or two years Diploma in relevant discipline of Allied Health duly recognized by Punjab Medical Faculty. If none is available than candidates having qualification of Matric (Second Division) with science from recognized Board along with one or two years Diploma in relevant discipline of Allied Health duly recognized by Punjab Medical Faculty.

Both Male/Female applicants having domicile of Province of Punjab may apply.

Appointments shall be made on contract basis, under the Contract Appointment Policy 2004 (amended till date) initially for a period of 03 years extendable subject to good performance.

In case of "O" and "A" Level, equivalence certificate must also be submitted. Special Persons (Differently able persons) shall attach proof of registration from Social Welfare Department along with disability Certificate.

Applicants shall provide original documents at the time of Scrutiny/Interview.

The age of the candidates will be calculated on the last date of submission of applications.

Age relaxation in upper age limit shall be dealt as per latest notification by Government of the Punjab S&GAD & Recruitment Policy, 2022. Quotas shall be observed as per Recruitment Policy, 2022.

In case a candidate wishes to apply for more than one post, he/she must have to submit separate application form for each post.

Candidates having domicile of Punjab shall only be eligible to apply.

Only the degree issued by the university/institute or reputed foreign university with HEC equivalence, will be considered/acceptable.

Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to disqualification of the candidate. Complete original documents along with a set of attested photocopies will be provided by the shortlisted applicants at the time of Scrutiny/interview.

Candidates will bring all the original degrees/diplomas at the time of interview otherwise, he/she would not be allowed to appear in interview.

Department reserves the right to cancel, increase or decrease the number of posts at any level/stage without assigning any reason.

Candidates are advised in their own interest to make sure before applying that they fulfil all the eligibility criterion under the specific rules relating to the posts as mentioned above.

Candidates shall have at least 50% marks in NTS to pass that test.

However, in case if the required pool for short listing is not obtained out of 50% passing NTS marks then the department/institution has the right to reduce the short listing criteria for interview or any other policy for short listing as defined by the Administrative Department/Institution according to the Recruitment Policy 2022.

The appointment will be made strictly in accordance with the rules and policies.

The candidates possessing a diploma from the Punjab Medical Faculty or from an institute affiliated/registered/recognized by the PMF or any recognized Public Institution of Punjab.

The Competent authority is authorized to modify any of the condition/clause in shortlisting criteria in the interest of general public as per compelling circumstances.

Shortlisted candidates after passing NTS tests will be called for Interview and informed accordingly.

Candidate shall apply online by visiting National Testing Service (NTS) website (www.nts.org.pk) after issuance of this advertisement in daily newspaper.

Candidates shall submit duly filled in Application form (online), along with deposit slip of prescribed fee in favour of National Testing Service, Copy of CNIC and two recent passport size photographs along with all relevant documents (educational and experience certificates) are to be sent directly to NTS through courier on the address mentioned on Application Form till 10.02.2026.

The Candidates are required to apply for the post through National Testing Services Portal within 15 Days after the Publication of Advertisement and submit their duly filled in application forms along with two/02 sets of attested photocopies of all relevant academic certificates / Degrees / Diplomas / valid registration certificate/ other relevant documents, domicile certificate, CNIC, experience certificate (if any) and 4 passport size photographs to NTS office.

The Last Date for submission of Application is 10.02.2026.

The Candidates must apply online by Visiting National Testing Service Website (www.nts.org.pk) and Candidates are advised to Visit the NTS official site for updates within the same duration of 15 days.

The Date of Written Test will be communicated to the Eligible/Shortlisted Candidates only through NTS and their Roll Number Slips will be uploaded on the relevant portal of the NTS Website.

The Shortlisted Candidates as per Para-17 of terms and conditions will be called for Interview and informed accordingly.

All candidates should bring their original documents at the time of scrutiny before interview.

The list of selected candidate will be displayed in concerned institution/hospital and the selected candidates will also be intimated vide postal address or any other source of communication i.e. telephonically.

Provision of false/fabricated/bogus may lead to strict consequences/action. No TA/DA shall be admissible for appointment in test/interview.
