The position of Director (Quality Assurance and Institutional Effectiveness) with the candidate must have a clear vision and depth of knowledge in the field of Quality Assurance and Higher Education.

He/she will work according to Quality Assurance (QA) framework of Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC) to maintain and enhance the quality of teaching and learning.

The Director will develop and implement the Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) practices for achieving QA&IE goals aligned with the Vision and Mission of the College.

The qualification/ Experience required for this post includes PhD with relevant experience at a senior management position OR MPhil/Masters/MS or equivalent degree awarded after 18 years of education with relevant experience at a senior management position.

The requirements are the applicants must have excellent communication and knowledge imparting skills. The applicants must be computer proficient. Fluency and proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory. HEC MPhil Equivalence certificate is required for applicants with Master's degree.

Foreign Degree holders must provide an Equivalence Certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission.

Part-time, honorary/visiting, apprenticeship and internee experience will not be considered as work experience. Work Experience of the formal sector will only be considered.

The minimum age of the applicant should be 25 years.

Applicants serving in Government/Semi-Government and autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel, accompanied by an NOC from the employer, and if selected will be responsible for getting themselves relieved properly from their departments/institution on the specified date of joining.

The last date for receipt of applications is February 09, 2026.

Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be acceptable.

Only short-listed candidates shall be called for an interview/written test for which no TA/DA will be paid.
