General Job role/ Responsibilities are to manage and support the organization's workforce by modelling behaviours, developing employees, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture, ensuring alignment with State Life’s strategic objectives and priorities.

To ensure HR services are compliant with employment laws and regulations, To provide guidance and counsel to management and employees on all HR-related matters. To maintain a safe, secure, and legally compliant working environment.

To provide efficient and effective HR services that contribute to State Life’s overall success. To manage and supervise a team of HR professionals. For the post of Assistant Manager (HRIR, HR A, R) Max Age limit: 45 years with Minimum 16 years education in MBA (HR)/ MPA (HR)/ BBA (Hons) HR from a reputable HEC recognized local or equivalent international university, Must be a relevant degree from an accredited institution. (Minimum 03 to 04 years relevant experience)

Job role/ responsibilities includes Updation on HRIR and Personal record, leave & attendance, Update employee profiles and maintain files, Assist in policy development/ re-vamp. Assist/handle all matters from recruitment to separation, Updating, keeping record on policies, procedures & workflows, Prepares all relevant letters/memos/forms etc, Org. Design & structures, Job Descriptions, right-sizing exercises (RAC & re-structuring), Compensation/Payroll calculations (manual/systemic), Coordination on all external letters, legal and industrial relationship issues/grievances., DBA Assistance to DAC and HR Committees, Compliance (RAC, compliance report, business continuity plan, BC plan, SOPs RAC & BC plan, IR regulations, policies & procedures), Follow-up DAC, RAC, BCP observations, follow up on Policies & procedures revisions. & Any other task given by DAC.

For the post of Manager (Organization Development) Max Age limit: 45 years with Minimum 16 years education in MBA (HR)/ MPA (HR)/ BBA (Hons) HR from a reputable HEC recognized local or equivalent international university. Job role/ responsibilities includes HR Strategy & HR road map implementation, Talent Mgmt, Create and manage workflows for common HR Procedures / requirements, Implementation / operation / re-vampation HR Organization, people database, competency framework, Performance Management & Succession Management • Compensation Management/ Payroll (manual/systemic), Performance Management, Succession Management, Career Development, DEI and Programs, Policies & Procedures & Any other task given by DAC.

For the post of Manager (Recruitment) Max Age limit: 45 years with Minimum 16 years education in MBA (HR)/ MPA (HR)/ BBA (Hons) HR from a reputable HEC recognized local or equivalent international university. Must be a relevant degree from an accredited institution. (Minimum 06 designed by HEC with 03 to 04 years relevant managerial experience in the relevant field)

Job role/ responsibilities includes Disciplinary proceedings, courts/labour cases, Union/Staff negotiation, collective bargaining agents (CBA), Adhere to all policies, code of conduct, Ethics and Professional Compliance, Conflict of Interest, Complaints and Unions, Adhere to all Legal requirements, Service records, Federal Insurance Ombudsman, Coordination with LAD on employment issues, social security and EOBI etc. & Any other task given by DAC.

For the post of Manager (HR Finance) Max Age limit: 45 years with Minimum 16 years education in m.com MBA (Finance)/ Accounts Professionals (ACMA/CA/ACCA finalist/equivalent from HEC recognized university). Computer literate. (Minimum 06 designed by HEC with 03 to 04 years relevant managerial experience in the relevant field).

Job role/ responsibilities includes Oversee and process Leave, Gratuity, severance, retirement, death claims – all financial matters, Ensure timely payment to all staff, Calculations of contributions upon retirement proceedings as per all policies. • Ensure all matters are handled with confidentiality, Pay fixation, pay slip generation, annual grade increments, payscales etc, Maintain all salary/payroll/budget data of staff / managements / Hierarchy & Competency Group wise salary, Coordinate on all external letters, legal and industrial relationship issues/grievances, Conduct market benchmark and salary surveys, Manpower plan/recruitment/hiring strategies/advertisement strategies/costing of new positions, Prepare regular reports and insights for senior management and relevant external bodies i.e., BoD, Finance Committee, SECP, Adhere to all Legal requirements, Service records, Coordinate with finance, external, legal and external consultants, Implement new compensation tools and benefits programs & Any other task given by DAC.

For the post of Assistant Manager (HR&A) with Minimum 16 years education/equivalent qualification BBA / BA / B.Com / BSc from HEC recognized local or equivalent international university having completed a reputable internship from a renowned organization and relevant experience. Computer literate. Max age limit 45 years. Minimum 2.5 CGPA. (Minimum 03 to 04 years relevant experience with minimum 02 years office administrative skills and strong analytical skills required).

Job role/ responsibilities includes Admin: coordination letters including (Cuttings, Standing Committee of Board), Admin: Coordination with HR, external internal and external communication, Admin: Internal Communication on HR matters with concerned division, Maintenance of HR Compliance, Rse Audit (RAC, DAC), compliance reports & Any other task given by DAC.

Maximum Age limit is 45 Years as of the time of publication of advertisement. However, relaxation may be given to these candidates.
