A Medical Disposables / Equipment company is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals to join our Tender & Contracts Department. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing and executing activities related to Government Tender filing, pre-qualification documentation, and bid submissions, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Submission: Fully capable of preparing and submitting Government and Institutional Tender documents in accordance with SPPRA / PPRA and other regulatory guidelines. 

Proposal Management: Compile, review, and organize pre-qualification, technical, and financial proposals. 

Coordination: Coordinate effectively with government departments, vendors, clients, and internal teams for tender submissions and clarifications. 

Compliance: Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant preparation of all tender documentation. 

Record Keeping: Maintain a comprehensive record of tender submissions, bid evaluations, and correspondence. 

Monitoring: Monitor relevant tender portals and procurement notices to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience 

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Commerce is mandatory. 

Experience: At least 4-5 years of proven experience in Government / Public Sector tendering and procurement processes. 

Knowledge: Strong understanding of SPPRA / PPRA rules, public procurement procedures, and bid evaluation criteria. 

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF) and document formatting. 

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
