Career Opportunity: Tender Specialist – Medical Equipment Company Karachi 2026

A Medical Disposables and Equipment company based in Karachi is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals to join its Tender and Contracts Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing all activities related to Government tender filing, pre-qualification documentation, and bid submissions, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Submission: Fully capable of preparing and submitting Government and Institutional tender documents in accordance with SPPRA / PPRA and other regulatory guidelines.

Proposal Management: Compile, review, and organize pre-qualification, technical, and financial proposals.

Coordination: Coordinate effectively with government departments, vendors, clients, and internal teams for tender submissions and clarifications.

Compliance: Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant preparation of all tender documentation.

Record Keeping: Maintain a comprehensive record of tender submissions, bid evaluations, and correspondence.

Monitoring: Monitor relevant tender portals and procurement notices to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Commerce is mandatory.

Experience: At least 4–5 years of proven experience in Government and Public Sector tendering and procurement processes.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of SPPRA / PPRA rules, public procurement procedures, and bid evaluation criteria.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF) and document formatting.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
