Job Description
An Autonomous Public Sector Organization is seeking eligible applicants for the position of Manager Communications having (MCom/2026) education level with an Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in reputable Public Sector or Corporate entity.
The position is based in Islamabad
The role of Manager Communications is for assistance of the Organization Secretary in managing secretarial matters aligned with the organization regulation framework.
Key Responsibilities
It includes Arrangements for pre & post matters of the organization governance meetings, Assisting organization Secretary in dissemination of action Items of all concerned departments as a result of the governance meetings.
Assisting organization Secretary in tracking of implementation vis-Ã -vis the action items and updates, Management of end-to-end record keeping of the organization Secretary Office, Planning and execution of Secretariat office, engagements and respective visits, Liaison with key stakeholders, Coordination and communication with key stakeholders as required. • Any other tasks / projects to support the organization Secretary Office.
Essential Skills & Competencies
Selected Candidate must have Strong communication and inter-personal skills, Tech-savviness, Excellent multitasking and time management, Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Education Requirements
Selected Candidate must have Minimum academic qualification for this role is a Graduate / bachelor’s degree (16 years) from a national or foreign university recognized by HEC.
