Water & Sanitation Services Company Haripur (WSSCH) invites applications from highly motivated, dynamic and competent professionals domiciled in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the multiple vacant positions on contract basis under Section 34 of the Companies Act, 2017, for a period of three (03) years (extendable).

There is a position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Grade: M-1 No. of Positions: 01 Contract period: 03 years (Non Extendable) Maximum Age: 55 years Domicile: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Required Qualification Possess at least 16 Years Educational Qualification in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Water Resources, Management & Information Sciences, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Commerce and Marketing from an HEC recognized University In case of Engineering, PEC registration is mandatory OR Be a Member of a Recognized Body of Professional Accountants Required Experience At least Twelve (12) years post-qualification demonstrated progressive experience having roles as: A Chief Executive Officer or at Senior Management, i.e., General Manager/ Head of Finance or operations level in Public or Private Sector Organizations, preferably in WATSAN/ Municipal Services OR A Head of Department/ Senior Level Position in relevant professional areas, including Engineering/ Technology, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Commerce, or Marketing in a significant organization with a commercial orientation, OR Member of the governing body of a Professional institute

Qualification Evaluation Criteria will be based on formula: Education: 30 Marks Minimum required Qualification (16 years) 20 marks One Step Higher Qualification (18 years) 5 marks Two Step Higher Qualification (18+years) 5 marks Experience: 30 Marks Interview/Presentation: 40 Marks.

Market based salaries will be offered to the selected candidates in accordance with the provisions of HR Manual of WSSCH.
