Job Description

PIA Holding Company Ltd. (PIAHCL), a public limited company listed at Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), serves as the holding company for Pakistan International Airlines, PIA Investments Ltd, Skyrooms (Pvt) Ltd, and Sabre TN Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd. PIAHCL is inviting applications for the vacant junior management & support functions positions.

For the position of Assistant Manager (Real Estate & Property Mgmt.), Maximum Age required is 35 years.

For the post of Network Administrator, Maximum Age required is 35 years.

For the post of Supervisors, Maximum Age required is 40 years in the department of Real Estate & Property Mgmt, Legal & Compliance, Admin & General Services.

For the post of Executive Assistant/Office Attendant / Driver, Maximum Age required is 35 years.

All the above positions are based in Islamabad and offered under a performance-driven, KPI-focused fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension depending on performance and organizational needs.

The age of each candidate shall be calculated on the closing date of receipt of applications.

A 5-year general age relaxation in the upper age limit shall be admissible.

All appointments will be based on merit, providing a competitive, market-driven package.

No TA/DA will be provided for the interviews.

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in organizations of comparable size, scope, and operational complexity.

Shortlisted candidates will have to submit a prescribed “Declaration” on non-judicial stamp paper as and when required, verifying the antecedents.
