The Director Finance will lead financial and banking operations, investment management, and budgeting. The role ensures strong financial governance, liquidity management, risk management & control, and optimal use of resources to support the Group's strategic goals.

Provide strategic guidance on financial transactions, including loan syndication, M&A, capital raising and investment planning.

Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure funding.

Assess working capital needs, prepare budgets, and ensure adequate banking limits by using Financing Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Support annual strategy development with a focus on prudent, risk-adjusted growth.

Oversee portfolio management and reporting for senior management.

Lead the finance team in managing bank dealings and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Finance or professional qualification (CA, CFA).

Senior-level experience in the banking sector.

12–15 years of experience, including 5+ years in leadership.

Strong professional networking with corporate and senior banking executives.
