For the Position of Chief OPerating Officer, the qualification required is B.E. degree in Metallurgy / Material Sciences or any equivalent degree with Minimum 20 years of relevant experience.

The Job Description includes Lead strategic execution and operational excellence across steel manufacturing operations, Translate the company's vision and strategy into actionable operational plans, Oversee production, supply chain, safety, maintenance and ESG compliance functions. Drive efficiency improvements, cost control, and sustainable profitability. Lead and oversee Capital expenditure projects and capacity expansion initiatives. Ensure effective budgeting, resource allocation, and financial discipline. Align production capacity with market demand and implement continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Foster a performance - driven, results - oriented organizational culture.
