Job Description

For the post of Branch Manager: OG-I/AVP-I/AVP (Across Pakistan including AJK and GB), Minimum 5-years Banking Experience out of which at least 1-year as Branch Manager is required. Each candidate has to specify 3 cities/towns for placement one of which he/she must have been posted in previous assignment.

The required Qualification of Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC recognized Institute/University (National/International) is necessary.

The Responsibilities of the selected candidates include the Responsible for Deposit Mobilization, Agri. credit expansion, Recovery of Regular and Non-performing loans, Supervising the Services/Operations, EKYC & Regulatory Compliance.

For the post of Head Project Unit SAM (Islamabad) AVP-1/AVP, Minimum 06 years' experience in Bank/Financial Institution having Qualification at Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC recognized Institute/University (National/International)

The Job Responsibilities of the selected candidates include Develop and implement Region-specific strategies for Recovery of the bank portfolio (Projects Overdue+Infected) Develop and implement strategic plan to maximize recovery and ensure regulatory compliance of branches under jurisdiction.

Supervise field teams and ensure timely follow-up on defaulted accounts Proactively identify and assess risks associated with delinquent accounts, Knowledge of recovery procedures and regulations Presentation of Loans Portfolio to Management, Ability to liaison with Divisions/departments and have excellent communication skills Coordinate with legal for cases under litigation, including recovery through courts or other legal means & Any other task assigned by the Management.

For the post of Regional Manager Recovery (Interior Sindh/ Baluchistan) VP-1/VP required Minimum 10 years' experience in Bank/Financial Institutions along with Qualification of Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC recognized Institute/University (National/International).

The Job Responsibilities of the selected candidates includes the Develop and implement region-specific strategies for recovery of Overdue + Infected portfolio, Develop and implement strategic plan to maximize recovery and ensure regulatory compliance of branches under jurisdiction, Supervise field teams and ensure timely follow-up on defaulted accounts.

Conduct regular field visits of customers with overdue loans and infected portfolio to secure Recovery/collection Follow-up overdue accounts and initiate timely recovery actions as per regulatory and bank guidelines, Coordinate with legal for cases under litigation, including recovery through courts or other legal means.

Track record of managing recovery at Regional/Area level Liaise with local administration and law enforcement agencies Knowledge of recovery procedures and regulations Train and build capacity among branch staff on recovery procedures and early warning systems Any other task assigned by the Management.

For the post of Head NPL Monitoring VP/SVP-1/SVP (Interior Sindh/ Baluchistan), Minimum 10 years' experience in Bank/Financial Institution having Qualification of Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC recognized Institute/University (National/International).

The Job Responsibilities of the selected candiidates includes the Monitoring of overdue accounts and initiate timely recovery actions as per regulatory and bank guidelines, Develop and implement strategies for recovery of Overdue + Infected portfolio, Develop and implement strategic plan to maximize recovery.

Supervise field teams and ensure timely follow-up on defaulted accounts. Conduct regular field visits of customers with overdue loans and infected portfolio to secure Recovery/collection, Proactively identify and assess risks associated with delinquent accounts. Coordinate with legal for cases under litigation, including recovery through courts or other legal means. Liaise with local administration and law enforcement agencies, Train and build capacity among branch staff on recovery procedures and systems Monitoring and Implementation of Strategic Plan.

Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to infected portfolio and stay updated on regulatory changes Knowledge of recovery procedures and regulations Any other task assigned by the Management.

Eligibility/Ineligibility Criteria

Maximum age of 45-years as on closing date to apply.
