The Govt organization, Indus River System Authority (IRSA) invites the applications for Enrollment of latest jobs in Pakistan. All instructions regarding jobs are under:-
Indus River System Authority (IRSA), an autonomous body established under Act No. XXII of 1992, is establishing a Telemetry System, through a Project namely "Installation of Telemetry System for Real-Time Discharge Monitoring at 27 Key Sites on Indus Basin Irrigation System (IBIS)". WAPDA is implementing the Project as Executing Agency.
The staff hired for the Project through this advertisement will be attached with WAPDA during execution, DPL period of One (1) year and thereafter WAPDA's maintenance period of two (2) years.
Key sites are located in the entire IBIS with distribution as: 16 No. in Punjab 3 No. in Sindh 5 No. in Balochistan 3 No. in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province.

IRSA intends to appoint the vaacant Project Staff posts for the Telemetry Project.
Managment Posts
The posts included Deputy Director (Monitoring) PPS-08, Deputy Director (Central) PPS-08, Assistant Director (Monitoring), Assistant Director (Flow Measurement), Sub-Engineer, Electronics (Electrical/Telecom/Electrical/Power), Sub-Engineer (Civil), Hydrographer, Monitoring Assistant, Supervisor (Electronics/Telecom/Electrical/Power), Computer Operator, Assistant (Admn), Senior Auditor, Accounts Assistant, Cashier, Senior Clerk & Junior Clerk.

There are several other open posts included Technician (Electrical) having One-year technical certification in Electrical / Electronics from Govt. recognized vocational / technical / training institute along with 3 years' experience & Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Techincal Posts
Strong understanding of electronic principles, circuits, and components.
For the post of Driver having Matric with LTV license & To drive and maintain the vehicles.
For the post of Gauge Observer/Helper having Middle education level and his responsibilities will be To help the flow measuring team & to support the flow measurement team and understanding of gauge data.
For the post of Cleaner having Middle education level and his resposibilities included To clean the telemetry equipments and to assist field team.
For the post of Boat Operator, He must be Literate To operate the boat for flow measurement, Using new procured flow measurement equipment & Possessing swimming skills
For the post of Naib Qasid having Middle education level and his reposibilities would be To clean the office, files and furniture.
For the post of Security Guard having Middle education level will provide security to field installations & he must be a Retired Armed Forces personnels will be given preference.
For the post of Sanitary Worker, He must be Literate enough To keep the cleanliness of the offices and its premises having Age up to 30 years.
Instructions
The appointments shall be made as project employees on Project Mode under the Telemetry Project, initially for a period of one year, which shall be extendable subject to satisfactory performance and project requirements.
The all posts shall be filled on open Merit basis.
IRSA is an equal opportunity employer. Remuneration shall be admissible as per Standard Pay Package for the Project Staff as mentioned against each post as per Finance Division (Regulation Wing) O.M. No. 4(9)R-14/2008 dated 18th April, 2022 revised from time to time. Increment @ 5% shall be admissible annually.
The location of Telemetry Key Sites is shown on a map available on the official website of IRSA. In posts mentioned at serial No. 19, 20, 22 & 23, the local/nearby resident candidates would be preferred.
Postings/Transfer can be made anywhere at project sites in Pakistan.
Applicants serving in Government/Semi Government Departments or Autonomous Bodies are required to apply through proper channel along with NOC of their respective Department. Relaxation of upper age limit as per Federal Government Rules will be admissible.
Incomplete applications and those received after due date will not be entertained. Only short-listed candidates shall be called for test and interviews.
