Job Description
The Director HR/Admin oversees the effective execution of HR and administrative functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, focusing on managing Talent Acquisition and Management, T&D, Comp & Ben Administration, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Additionally, drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a motivated and high-performing workforce.
On the administrative front, the Director HR/A, by integrating HR and administrative efforts, plays a vital role in creating an efficient, compliant, and dynamic workplace that supports Company's strategic objectives and operational excellence, while overseeing facilities management, fleet operations, and procurement processes to ensure seamless support for the organization's operational needs.

The candidate must hold minimum four (4) years of Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business/Public Administration (majors in HRM)/HR from local or international university duly recognized by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (equivalent to 16 years of qualification).
The potential candidate must have 10-years or more post qualification relevant experience in Public / Private or International organization.
Age should not exceed 45 years at the time of the closing of advertisement.
