Job Description

Forman Christian College (A Chartered University) has a vacant position (Lecturer) in the Department of Geography to teach Geospatial Techniques (GIS and Remote Sensing)

Minimum Requirement for the selected Candidates should have with a Foreign Master’s degree or MS/MPhil in GIS & Remote Sensing / Geography (at least 18 years of education) from a foreign accredited or local HEC-recognized university are eligible to apply, Command over the areas of expertise with the ability to teach at the undergraduate and graduate level using a variety of teaching and learning methodologies

Candidates must have demonstrable research experience in their field and share research experiences with students • Research publications in internationally recognized journals (preferred) & Willingness to contribute towards community service, university/departmental activities

Commitment to support the mission of the University & High level of spoken and written English proficiency along with Ability to maintain collegiality and professionalism Salary and Designation will be commensurate with the qualifications and experience.
