The Mardan Medical Complex, MTI Mardan invites Job Applications from qualified candidates for merit-based appointment against the Vacant Positions on contract basis.

There is a position of HOSPITAL DIRECTOR having Requisite Qualification and Experience of Recognized Master's Degree in Hospital Management OR Health Services Management OR Business Management OR Public Health OR Public Administration or any other relevant management qualification and experience & Seven (07) years of experience, working on a senior management position in a major teaching hospital or in organization or in institution. Persons with medical degree will be considered, provided that he/she has an additional management degree and required professional experience as mentioned above and shall have no right to do private practice.

For the position of NURSING DIRECTOR, Requisite Qualification and Experience of an advance degree in Nursing (BSCN), Preferably MSc in Nursing and current Nursing Council Registration. MPH or any equivalent degree in Management will be an advantage & At least 07 years relevant administrative and teaching experience in a reputable health care facility having Valid Nursing Council Registration.

Any Attempt to approach or influence the Selection Committee will automatically disqualify the applicant; the decision of the Selection Committee will be final, subject to approval by the Board of Governors. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Test/interview. After a final decision is made, no correspondence regarding the process will be entertained.

The service of the incumbent will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 (as amended) and the MTI Regulations.

In case of appointment, the candidate will become a full-time Institutional Employee and will have to submit accepted resignation from his existing Employment with his/her current employer, local or foreign, including, Civil Service of any Government.

Candidate will be disqualified/terminated if found committing any perjury in his/her documentation/credentials at any stage.
