To achieve this, the Bank is seeking experienced professionals for a position in Corporate & Investment Banking in Karachi.

For the position of Divisional Head - Analytics & Compliance (SVP) Reporting to Group Chief - CIBG, The Educational/Professional Qualification reequired for this post must be Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan Candidates having a Master's degree and/or relevant certification(s) would be preferred along with Minimum 10 years of experience in the Banking Industry (preferably in Enterprise Risk Management), out of which 05 years of experience in Business Analytics and/or Portfolio Analysis and/or relevant field.

Candidate must have minimum 03 years of experience in leadership role would be preferred

Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required are Strong analytical and technical skills Strong leadership and communication skills, Sound understanding of products & services offered in Corporate & Investment Banking, Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Python and/or SQL for data visualization and analytics, Thorough understanding of the needs of local and regional corporate client base as well as regulatory regime will be an advantage.

Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities includes Business Analytics to lead the development and implementation of data driven insights to support business growth, portfolio management etc.

To analyze credit portfolio trends, profitability and sectoral exposure to identify growth opportunities and risk concentrations To oversee preparation of accurate and timely business performance dashboards, KPIs, and management reports for senior leadership.

To support proactive risk management by providing analytical inputs on asset quality, early warning indicators and portfolio stress testing

To provide analytical support for budgeting, forecasting etc. for making timely decisions Business Strategy:

To lead the formulation and implementation of CIBG's business strategies in alignment with overall organizational goals

To monitor financial and operational performance across centers/divisions, identify gaps and recommend strategic actions for improvement

To evaluate market trends, competitor's strategies, and emerging opportunities to support informed business decisions

To drive key strategic initiatives, transformation programs and business development projects to achieve growth objectives

To collaborate with Business Heads and Senior Management to ensure alignment of CIBG's strategies with the Bank's overall direction To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).
