PMDC invites applications for the following post on open contract basis.
Job Description
For the post of ERP Specialist, The Qualification of Bachelor's degree from Higher Education Commission recognized University in Study field of Computer Science/Information Technology or related field (16 years of education) along with 5-8 Years post qualification experience in ERP (NetSuite, SAP B1, Microsoft Dynamics), Finance knowledge with ERP implementation will be preferred.
Key job responsibilities include Spearhead the end-to-end implementation process of the ERP system at PMDC. Work closely with PMDC project sites staff and Finance department stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for input in ERP and reporting.
Oversee the utilization of the ERP system to address specific business needs. Work closely with technical teams/external consultants to tackle challenges unique to the mining sector. Facilitate ongoing communication with internal teams and external vendors/consultants and address any concerns or barriers to adoption proactively.
Implement rigorous testing protocols to validate system functionality and performance, ensuring all components are thoroughly tested and issues resolved prior to deployment. Provide ongoing support and system maintenance post-implementation, ensuring the ERP system continues to meet PMDC's evolving business needs and industry standards.
Develop training materials and SOPs for ERP users. Conduct workshops and hands-on sessions for staff on ERP. Act as a change champion to promote ERP adoption across projects and departments. Validate and reconcile financial data on ERP.
For the post of IT Administrator/Supervisor - Project Site, The Qualification of Bachelor's degree from Higher Education Commission recognized University in the field i.e. Computer Science / Information Technology or BBA (IT) (16 years of education) at Khewra, Warcha, Quetta Office.
The Post Qualification 2-5 years. Area of experience (Networking / System Administration / Database management & ERP) is required.
