The Govt organization, People's Primary Healthcare Initiative Balochistan invites the applications for Enrollment of latest jobs in Pakistan. All instructions regarding jobs are under:-

The People's Primary Healthcare Initiative (PPHI) Balochistan, registered under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now the Companies Act 2017), invites applications from suitable candidates for various positions under its Primary Healthcare (PPHI) projects purely on temporary basis.

Job Descriptions

For the post of District Manager (DM), Qualification / Experience of  BS:17/18 officer of CSS/BCS (BS:17 Ex-BCS) cadres, preferably having 2 years service in government. Officers/candidates having a medical background or possessing working experience in Project Management & Health Sector reform are encouraged to apply. Officers are required to apply through the proper channel. OR Master's in Social Science, Executive MBA, MSPH, M&S, or equivalent from any recognized university with 3 years of relevant experience. 23-50 

For the post of Assistant Manager (Finance), at the Head Office, PPHI-B Quetta, Applicants must have a minimum qualification of MBA (Finance), M.Com, ACCA (Level-II), or CA (Inter) from any recognized university with a minimum of three (03) years of relevant experience in the field of finance. 18-50 

For the post of Sub Engineer, Region (Naseerabad, Khuzdar, Loralai, and Lasbela), Qualification / Experience of BE(Civil Engineering) or equivalent degree/ diploma from a recognized institution &  Minimum 3 years of experience in the execution of Civil works /development projects in organizations, Estimation and preparation of BOQ's, Command over construction practices, methods, materials, and standards. Ensuring Quality of Service.

For the post of Gyne/ Obstetrician (Tele-health Center for Quetta City) at (Quetta City),  Qualification of MBBS with postgraduation in Gyne and Obs. With preferably 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field. Preference will be given to those candidates having proficiency in IT/ computer skills. Less than 70 years 

For the post of Pediatrician (Tele-health Center for Quetta City) at (Quetta City), Qualification of MBBS with postgraduation in pediatrics. Candidates having 1- 2 years' experience will be preferred. Preference will be given to those candidates having proficiency in IT/ computer skills.

For the post of Cardiologist (Tele-health Center for Quetta City) at  (Quetta City), Qualfication of MBBS with postgraduation in cardiology. Candidates having 1-2 years' experience will be preferred. Preference will be given to those candidates having proficiency in IT/ computer skills.

For the post of Pulmonologist (Tele-health Center for Quetta City) at (Quetta City), Qualfication of MBBS with postgraduation in pulmonology. Candidates having 1-2 years' experience will be preferred. Preference will be given to those candidates having proficiency in IT/ computer skills

For the post of Infectious Disease/Medicine Specialist (Tele-health Center for Quetta City), Qualification of MBBS with postgraduation in infectious disease or medicine with a minimum 03 years post qualification experience. Preference will be given to those candidates having proficiency in IT/ computer skills.

For the post of Lady Medical Officer (Tele-health Center for Quetta City) at (Quetta City), Qualification of MBBS degree holders with a valid PMDC certificate are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to those candidates having proficiency in IT/ computer skills. 

For the post of Medical Officer (For outreach teams of camps) at (Chagai, Quetta, Pishin, and Loralai), Qualfication of MBBS degree holders with a valid PMDC certificate are encouraged to apply.

For the Lady Medical Officer (For outreach teams of camps) at (Chagai, Quetta, Pishin, and Loralai), Required Qualification of MBBS degree holders with a valid PMDC certificate are encouraged to apply.

For the post of Medical Technician at (Chagai, Quetta, Pishin, and Loralai), Qualification of Medical technician/ Dispenser diploma from the provisional medical faculty, along with relevant experience is required.

For the post of Lady Health Visitor (For outreach teams of camps) at (Chagai, Quetta, Pishin, and Loralai), Qualification of Diploma from the Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council, with at least 02 years of relevant experience is required.

For the Team Helper (For outreach teams of camps) at (Chagai, Quetta, Pishin, and Loralai), Required Qualification of Matriculation with relevant field experience is required.

For the post of WGFS Assistant (Female) at (Tehsil Karezat-Pishin), Qualification of Bachelor's degree with relevant field experience is required

For the post of Vaccinators in (All Districts), Applicants must have a minimum qualification of matriculation in science, with preference given to those possessing relevant prior experience. For positions at Basic Health Units (BHUs), candidates should be residents of the same catchment population.

Instructions

The positions will be filled purely on a temporary basis under the control and management of PPHI-B for one year initially, extendable on performance report. 

Applicants holding local domicile shall be given preference. 

Only the short-listed candidates will be called for the written test & interview on a date and time to be communicated. 

On detailed scrutiny of documents, if found ineligible, his/her candidature will be rejected. 

No TA/DA is admissible for appearing in the test/interview. 

The Company reserves the right to amend/cancel the hiring process or the number of posts at any stage

How to Apply

Application Submission: Interested candidates are required to apply through the portal (https://pphib.org/careers/) by completing the online application form no later than 16th February, 2026. 

Shortlisting & Assessment: PPHI will contact shortlisted candidates to appear in the written Test/Interview. 

Selection: Offer letters will be issued to candidates who successfully clear all stages of the process. However, candidates on the waiting list may be offered the positions in case of non-joining of selected candidates in due course of time. 

Applications submitted by hand or any other mode except the prescribed will not be accepted.
