Job Description

For the post of GM Design having Education equal to Master's degree in Architecture, MS in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Public Relations, or related Social Sciences from an HEC-recognized University having Proven experience in overseeing architectural concepts, designs, and coordination for multi-disciplinary engineered projects. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Strong knowledge of healthcare design regulations and international standards such as JCI, PQA, NFPA, ASHRAE, and relevant building codes. JD Summary: • Oversee architectural concepts, design, and coordination for multi-disciplinary engineered projects. • Review and approve design presentations (concept, scheme, detail) and tender documentation including drawings. • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards i.e. (JCI, PQA, NFPA, ASHRAE, and relevant building codes). • Integrate all disciplines including structure, MEP, landscaping, interior design, and medical gas systems. • Liaise with local and international consultants and authorities to secure approvals/permits. • Recommend/review BOQs, BODs, and specifications. • Oversee tendering, reporting, liaising (T&B), and integrated project management. • Maintain accurate records of revisions, approvals, and any site documentation.

For the post of Manager Communications, Education of Master's in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Public Relations, or Advertising Sciences from an HEC-recognized University along with Proven relevant experience in communications, public relations, and media management. JD Summary: • Develop and implement an organization's communication strategy. • Manage preparation and submission of annual and monthly content and coordination with all departments. • Oversee all content creation for press releases, newsletters, website, and social media. • Oversee branding, corporate communications, and media relations.

For the post of Manager HR having Education equal to MBA (HRM)/MPA/Management/Public Administration or related discipline from an HEC-recognized University & 8-10 years proven experience in relevant HR operational workflow management and administration functions. JD Summary: • Managing daily Operations including cartooning, filing, and attendance and payroll inputs. • Employee assessment and benefit management. • Employee recruitment and training.

For the post of Manager Financial Reporting having Education of CA/ACCA/ACMA/CPA/CIMA/MBA (Finance) from HEC-recognized University along with Proven experience in preparing and auditing financial statements. • Proven experience in IFRS / IPSAS, regulatory reporting, and compliance with rules. JD Summary: • Ensure full compliance with IFRS / IPSAS, and all regulatory requirements. • Develop and maintain financial reporting policies, SOPs, and statements. • Analyze data and maintain financial statements for management and donors. • Liaise with tax advisors, auditors, and other regulatory bodies, and ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and management reporting requirements of the Company and Donors.

For the post of Manager Accounts Payables having Education in CA/ACCA/ACMA/CPA/CIMA/MBA (Finance) from HEC-recognized University & Proven experience in managing accounts payable, preferably ensuring timely payments and compliance with withholding taxes. JD Summary & Provides leadership and strategic direction for all accounts payable functions including vendor payments and disbursements, Manages preparation and submission of accurate vendor invoices and expense reports, Manages withholding taxes, reconciliations, and aging analysis, Develop and implement an efficient payment processing organizational policies, Liaises with all departments / departments for payment processing, Monitor cash outflows and support cash flow management, Ensures compliance with all financial policies and regulations.

For the post of MEP Engineer with Education equal to BE/BSc Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering from an HEC-recognized University. having Proven experience in managing hospital/healthcare facilities or complex building projects along with Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, ELV/BMS systems, Ensure compliance with health standards i.e. ASHRAE, NFPA, IBC, IMC, IECC, IPC and relevant building codes & Oversee MEP designs of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, BMS, electrical power (UPS and emergency power system), ELV systems (Nurse Call, BHS, IT, CCTV), and ensure full compliance with ASHRAE, NFPA, IBC, IMC, IECC, and IPC, Review and approve design presentations (concept, scheme, detail) and drawings, Oversee MEP contractors and specialist vendors,Review and support generation of original MEP tendering documentation.

For the post of Structural Engineer having Education in Masters Degree in Structural Engineering from HEC-recognized University along with Professional registration (PEC) required, Proven experience in managing structural designs for projects & Review and approve structural designs, calculations, and drawings, Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and client requirements, Conduct on-site inspections to verify adherence to approved designs and specifications, Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, medical specialists, and other consultants, Conduct site inspections and identify non-conformities and respond to technical queries, Support architects and respond to all project technical queries from site, Ensure safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

The post of Assistant/ Officer Communications having Master's degree in Public policy, Communications, Marketing, Media studies, or Social Sciences from an HEC-recognized University along with Proven relevant experience in content development, social media coordination, media relations, event management, and publications & Assist in content development, media relations, event coverage, documentation, and promotional activities, Assist HR, CEO and Services Dept in evaluation of communication needs, Review and support general administrative and coordination functions for HR.

For the post of Assistant Architect having B.Arch / BS Architecture from HEC-recognized University along with 3-5 years architectural experience with design, documentation, and coordination skills. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software & Conduct inspections to verify adherence to approved design and specifications, Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other basic office functions.

For the post of Office Boy having Primary / Middle Education along with Physically fit with a responsible and disciplined attitude & Drive official vehicles safely and responsibly, Conduct daily vehicle checks including fuel, oil, brakes, tires, and maintenance, Maintain vehicle log books and travel records accurately, Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations and reporting any incidents or safety concerns immediately through the appropriate channels.

For the post of Driver having Primary Education along with Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience as a driver in a professional setting, valid driver's license (HTV/LTV) required, familiarity with local roads and traffic regulations
