Job Description

For the post of Manager Finance & Accounts, The Key responsibilities of the selected candidate will be to Provide financial and accounting management to Islamabad Club in line with financial policy manual, procedures and applicable rules. Ensure the financial integrity of the operation with regard to controls, systems, financial reporting, and resource development. Prepare and present Budget and periodic financial reports of on-going projects/programmes as per reporting requirements. Coordinate taxation management and other finance related matters with relevant committees and departments of Government of Pakistan. Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities. Any other job assigned by the Management.

The Qualification should be CA/ACCA qualified with minimum 05 years of demonstrated accounting post qualification experience, preferably in a hospitality industry having Age up to 45 years.

The Skills Required for this Role include Strong Analytical and Excellent Communication Skills, Highly motivated person able to drive change and a Team Player, Ability to work in Cross functional projects Strong accounting software experience & Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Standards, Corporate and Tax Laws/Rules and Regulations applicable in Pakistan.

For the post of Senior Accountant, The candidate should be CA/ACCA Finalist from good reputable chartered accountant firm/ACCA approved employer with minimum 05 years of demonstrated accounting experience, preferably in hospitality industry.

Selected Candidate Should have hands on Experience of carrying out various financial and accounting reports/modules in line with organization's financial policy manual, procedures and applicable rules. Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Standards, softwares, Corporate and Tax Laws/Rules and Regulations applicable in Pakistan.

He/She should have Strong Analytical, Communication & Supervisory skills along with Age should be less than 40 years.
